At Beverly Hills Farm, we are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged. Each product is prepared with care and attention to detail before leaving our studio. We proudly ship all domestic orders via Sendle, our trusted carbon-neutral delivery partner.
Please review our shipping policy below for details regarding processing, delivery, and tracking.
ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Our order cut-off time is 3:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling time: Please allow 1–3 business days from the date of purchase for processing and packaging before shipment.
During product launches, holidays, or limited-edition drops, handling times may extend slightly due to high order volume.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship within the United States only, via Sendle.
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING VIA SENDLE
All orders are shipped through Sendle, an eco-friendly, carbon-neutral courier service that offsets 100% of emissions from every delivery.
Sendle partners with local couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your Sendle tracking link.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days of your order, please contact our team at hello@beverlyhillsfarm.com.
SHIPPING ADDRESS & ORDER ISSUES
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
Beverly Hills Farm is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
If your order is marked Delivered by Sendle but cannot be located, please:
Check with household members or neighbors,
Wait 24 hours, as some couriers scan deliveries early,
Contact Sendle Support to open a missing parcel investigation,
Then reach out to our customer care team for assistance if unresolved.
PRE-ORDERS & LIMITED RELEASES
Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated delivery window listed on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately at no additional cost.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@beverlyhillsfarm.com.
Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
Claims for lost or damaged parcels may be processed under Sendle’s Cover Policy (up to $100 value).
