Return & Refund Policy

At Beverly Hills Farm, every product is crafted, packaged, and shipped with the utmost care. Due to the nature of our small-batch, limited-edition, and handcrafted items, all sales are final at this time. We do not currently offer refunds or exchanges.

Please review the policy below for full details and exceptions.

ALL SALES FINAL

All purchases made through Beverly Hills Farm are considered final sale and non-refundable once the order has been placed.
We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason other than an error on our part or damage sustained during shipping.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@beverlyhillsfarm.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review each case individually and, if eligible, arrange for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Please note that any claims reported after 5 business days may not be eligible for replacement.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Beverly Hills Farm ships exclusively via Sendle, our trusted carbon-neutral courier partner.

If your package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please follow these steps:

  1. Verify your shipping address.

  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or your building’s mail area.

  3. Wait 24 hours, as some couriers scan deliveries early.

  4. Contact Sendle Support to open a missing parcel investigation.

If Sendle determines your package was lost in transit and the claim is approved, Sendle Cover (up to $100) will apply in accordance with Sendle’s Cover Policy.

Please note: Beverly Hills Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows as Delivered by the carrier.
Any claims for loss after delivery confirmation must be filed directly with Sendle or your local postal carrier.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because we begin processing orders immediately, order cancellations are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.
If you need to request a cancellation, please email hello@beverlyhillsfarm.com within 1 hour of purchase, and our team will do their best to accommodate your request before the order ships.
